At City to City Heating and Air Conditioning, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how you can request warranty service.

1. Coverage of Workmanship

  • All installation and repair work performed by City to City Heating and Air Conditioning is covered by a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty from the date of service. This warranty applies solely to our labor and craftsmanship, ensuring that work meets professional standards and is free from defects.
  • This limited warranty does not cover manufacturer-supplied parts or equipment, normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, neglect, lack of routine maintenance, or external causes beyond our control. If a workmanship issue arises within one year, City to City HVAC will, at its discretion, repair or reperform the labor necessary to correct the defect.

2. Coverage of Equipment

  • All new equipment installed (air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, etc.) is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Manufacturer warranties vary by product and brand. We will provide you with documentation for your specific equipment at the time of installation.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Issues caused by lack of regular maintenance.
  • Problems resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs by another company.
  • Damage due to weather events (“Mother Nature”) including hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, lightning strikes, or power surges common in Southwest Florida.
  • Normal wear-and-tear parts (such as filters, belts, or batteries).

4. Maintenance Requirements

To keep your 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty valid, regular maintenance of your HVAC system is required. We recommend semi-annual maintenance visits, which can be scheduled directly through our team. Routine maintenance not only protects your warranty but also helps extend the life of your system, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of costly repairs.

5. Requesting Limited Warranty Service

If you experience a problem covered by this warranty:

  • Please reach out through our [Contact Page] with your service details.
  • Our team will review your request and, if covered, schedule a service visit at no cost to you.

6. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the service or equipment. City to City HVAC’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective parts or equipment.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Limited Warranty Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated “Last revised” date.
